GRAVITY™?
The GTS (Gravity Training System™)
is a gravity-based machine that encourages
functional exercise using your own body
weight as resistance by utilizing a cable
and pulley system and free-motion glideboard.
Adjustable to
8 levels of resistance, the machine engages
all major muscle groups and facilitates a
multitude of strength training and
stretching exercises. The use of body weight
as the resistive factor against gravity
produces an individualized workout
environment that one can progressively
increase in intensity as strength and
performance improve. It's multi-plane
movement patterns and sports specific nature
will enhance dynamic stability and improve
human performance. This unique design makes
GRAVITY™ accessible to all age groups and
physical fitness and experience levels.
Beamfit™ is the hottest new concept to hit
the Fitness Industry since the STEP! This is
a barefoot, mind-body style workout with an
emphasis on Balance, Elongation, and
Alignment all while Moving… making it
FUNCTIONAL. Beaming™ will help teach us all
how to go beyond our physical experience

BODYSTEP™ is
a simple, athletic and fun workout using an
adjustable step platform to step up and down
to uplifting music. Some of the benefits you
can expect to achieve in this class are
toning for the lower body, increased cardio
fitness and coordination and upper and lower
body conditioning for functional strength.
BODYPUMP™ is the fastest way to shape up and
lose body fat. It’s a toning and
conditioning class with weights and is for
just about everybody who wants to add
strength training into their aerobic
workout. The simplicity of the class makes
BODYPUMP™ a great starting point to develop
strength and confidence. Hot sounds and
compelling choreography keep you going
through each 45-minute or one-hour workout.
You’ll use a step platform, a bar and a set
of weights.
If you’re new to weights-resistance exercise
or you’re out of shape, you should start
with light weights. After a few classes
you’ll recognize the correct weight for you.
